Two Questions

I have enjoyed reading Daniel Pink's book, A Whole New Mind, as well as hearing him speak in person. This video is a promotion for his new book Drive: The Surprising Truth About What Motivates Us.

Daniel Pink asks us to ask ourselves two questions:

What's my sentence?
Was I better today than yesterday?

I will put it unequivocally: yours is the first workshop for professional development I have been to that has had a daily effect on lowering my stress levels and being more aware of the things I need to do on a daily basis.
