Your e-mail can be a handy source for the latest weather advisories. The National Weather Service provides RSS feeds for watches and warnings. To subscribe:

Go to this page.
Go to the column labeled "By County/Zone" and click on the orange "XML".
Click on the county you desire.
Copy the URL you see and paste it in your aggregator.

I will put it unequivocally: yours is the first workshop for professional development I have been to that has had a daily effect on lowering my stress levels and being more aware of the things I need to do on a daily basis.
